•   There will be an extra charge of $10 to $20 per person per night for any extra persons.

•   A 48 hours advance cancellation notice is required to avoid any charges.

•   Rates during the weekends, long weekends, holidays, games, tournaments, school vacations and special events will be higher

     than above rates and a longer cancellation notice will be required for the same reservation to avoid a charge.

     Please check the specific cancellation requirement at reservation time.

•   One parking per room allowed.

•   We do not rent rooms to any guests with any kind of pet.




     CLEANING FEE: There will be a minimum cleaning fee of $500.00 for smoking or cooking inside any room or for bringing    

                                    any kind of pet inside the rooms or in any area of the motel property including the guest’s car.
